Check-in
Check in is available from 15:00 to 18:00. For any late arrivals, we ask you to give us notice in advance in order to better organize hospitality services.
The key opens both the front door and the room door. To avoid unpleasant intrusions, we recommend that you always close both doors.

Check-out
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. A charge will eventually be agreed for the longer stay based on the hours of usage of the room. Key must be handed over to the reception upon departure.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay can be requested. The balance will be requested when checking out. It is possible to pay in cash, with Mastercard / Visa credit card or debit card. We do not accept payments with American Express card.

Penalties and cancellation policy
In the case of cancellations notified in advance of 15 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded, minus any postal or bank charges, otherwise it will be retained.
In any case of a cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival, a penalty equal to one night stay will be applied.
In any case of a cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival or no show, a penalty equal to the total amount of the stay will be applied.
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
No shows or non-announcements will be charged 100%.
We only accept changes and cancellations in writing.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is an extra fee, which is applied to the tourists over 14 years old. It is of € 3 per person, per night for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the veranda and outside on the terrace in springtime and summer, from 8:00 to 9:30. It consists on a rich sweet and savoury buffet, based on homemade and genuine products at 0 km.
Tidying up and cleaning
To allow daily cleaning and tidying up of the room, please leave it free by 10:00. Towels on the floor means: “please, change them”; towels on the towel rail stands for: “ I’m using them one more time”.

Room amenities
All our rooms have a private bathroom with hairdryer and hygiene products, heating/air conditioning, minibar with water, beer and wines of our production, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection.
In order not to disturb the other guests, we ask you not to walk with your shoes in the room.

Heating / Air conditioning
The On / Off button can be used to activate both heating, red light, and air conditioning, green light. To change the setting from heating to air conditioning and vice versa, just keep the On / Off button pressed for a long time. You can regulate temperature with bottoms + and -.

Common area
The veranda is available to our guests who want to spend time relaxing both during the day and in the evening. Please switch on and off the lights behind the side door that always remains open. At the buffet corner are disposal of guests are the kettle to make a tea / coffee, crockery and cutlery. We recommend not opening the main door and closing the lights at the exit.

Cuisine
We serve you our regional homemade recipes on Friday and Saturday evenings and on Sundays. Booking in advance is recommended.

Internet
In the indoor areas it is possible to connect to the internet via the free “Vigneto-Vecio” wi-fi connection with the following password: valdo888.

Parking
The parking area inside the property is not guarded; there are no particular risks, however it is advisable to lock the car and not to leave valuables inside. If it is necessary to open and close the gate, enter the numeric code on the keypad: 1993.

Customer obligations
It is asked and recommended to adopt a behavior that respects the quiet and relaxing time of other guests. In particular, we ask you not to walk with your shoes in the room.
Respect for the house and forniture, for the other guests and the animals present is appreciated. It is forbidden to bring into the rooms or common areas people not guested in the accommodation, unless agreed. It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the interior spaces, to use heating devices, irons, open flames, coffee machines and travel refrigerators. For your safety, we recommend that you always lock the entrance door that gives access to the rooms.

Animals
No pets allowed in the rooms. For guests who wish to have dinner and lunch accompanied by their four-legged friends, we provide the veranda. Reservations are recommended.

Additional services
From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. we offer our guests a free tour of the wine cellar, while the tasting of our wines is by reservation from Monday to Saturday and it is subject to a charge.

Another service available by reservation is the picnic bag: you can enjoy a rich selection of homemade products, choose a bottle of Valdobbiadene DOCG to your liking, and taste them surrounded by spectacular views.

We are available for information on guided tours, bike tours and e-bike rental, maps and tours of the territory. It is recommended to book the bike you need the day before.
Books and flyers in the hall are at your disposal and at disposal of guests that come after you. So please, do not take them away.
By the tourist office in Valdobbiadene you can take a copy of them.
